It’s time for another Sabrina vs. Libby showdown—this time with a magical twist. When Sabrina tries to use a spell to keep Libby at arm’s length, it backfires spectacularly, leaving the two magically tethered together and, eventually, turning Libby into a literal jigsaw puzzle. To set things right, Sabrina has to piece Libby back together—literally and figuratively—while discovering some surprising truths about her frenemy’s life. Meanwhile, Hilda and Salem’s get-rich-quick scheme with Zelda’s “miracle” formula spirals out of control, leading to slime, sibling squabbles, and toaster chaos. Join us as we break down the puzzles, the lessons in compassion, and the float that proves democracy really is fragile.

2.13: Sometimes It's Good to Have Attainable Dreams

This week we’re diving into Little Big Kraft (Season 2, Ep. 13), where Sabrina decides that Mr. Kraft is way too uptight and whips up a potion to make him act younger. What starts as a harmless prank quickly spirals when a little caffeine turns the spell into chaos, and suddenly the halls of Westbridge High are falling apart under the “leadership” of a childlike vice principal. Meanwhile, Hilda finds herself falling even harder for Kraft in his youthful state, and Zelda has to remind Sabrina—again—why you don’t mess with people’s personalities.

2.12: The Friends You Make Out With on Holidays

It’s Christmas in Westbridge, and Sabrina is learning the hard way that the holiday season isn’t just about presents. In Season 2, Episode 12, Sabrina Claus, our favorite teenage witch comes down with a magical case of “ego-titis” and ends up face-to-face with none other than Santa himself—though he goes by Bob (played by Cheers’ John Ratzenberger). When Bob gets injured, Sabrina has to fill in and take on the role of delivering Christmas magic to the world, whether she’s ready or not.
We dig into Sabrina’s struggle to rediscover the true meaning of Christmas, the sheer chaos of the Spellman holiday décor, Salem’s endless holiday snark, and a very special musical cameo from Johnny Mathis. In Season 2 Episode 11 "Oh What a Tangled Spell She Weaves," Sabrina’s sloppy spellcasting spirals out of control—turning antique cabinets brand new, shrinking Salem into a kitten, and even sending her aunts straight into Merlin’s castle. While Valerie gets a magical efficiency boost at her new pizza job and Harvey undergoes a few unintended changes of his own, Sabrina learns the hard way that vague incantations have very real consequences. With no “undo” spells to save her, she has to clean up the chaos before her friends freeze, burn, or get stuck in medieval times forever.

2.10: Something Something: This Thing

It’s Friday the 13th, and Sabrina finally gets the green light to do what she’s been dying to try: tell her friends she’s a witch! In this episode, we talk through all the chaos that ensues when Valerie and Harvey get a full day in the know—complete with magic tickets, a trip to the Other Realm’s Mortal Day Festival, and celebrity cameos from Drew Carey and Mark Langston. We also dig into the risks of revealing your secrets, Salem’s reign of terror, and why Libby hasn't learned her lesson on accusing people of being witches. When Sabrina’s “hillbilly” cousins show up from the Other Realm demanding her family’s spell book, things get locked down—literally. The Spellman house seals itself shut, trapping Sabrina, her aunts, and their unsuspecting mortal guests inside. As the feud escalates from awkward lunch to full-on magical warfare (think: pork rind rain, beer bellies, and tornadoes), Sabrina tries to play peacemaker, only to learn some hard truths about what it means to “go around your obstacles.” “Witch Trash” is packed with magic, mayhem, and surprisingly deep family drama—plus a lava lamp or two.

2.08 Bonus: I Do Not Accept Anything As Canon

In this bonus episode, we take a deep dive into the rest of the 1997 TGIF Time Travel lineup—Boy Meets World, You Wish, and Teen Angel—where Salem the Cat’s time ball sends each show hurtling into a different decade. From Cory proposing to Topanga during World War II, to a beatnik genie dragging his sitcom family into the 1950s, to a woman nearly falling in love with her dog-turned-human at a disco, we watched it all… together… and survived. We share our reactions to the drama, the questionable plotlines, and the absurd magic logic that somehow links all these shows back to Sabrina the Teenage Witch. Expect lots of 90s ads, wild continuity questions, Salem puppet appearances, and more than a few moments that had us yelling “wait… what?!”
